Employee assistance program

Employees are offered a counselling service to help at times of personal grief, relationship difficulties or substance abuse problems. This service is available to all employees and their immediate families and is strictly confidential. 

Flexible leave policy

We provide individual contract employees with the ability to purchase one, two or four weeks additional leave per annum.
