Employee Performance Appraisal and Development Plan (PADP)

We focus on developing employee capability to improve their performance and potential. Annual employee performance and development plans are prepared and performance is reviewed against these plans.

The PADP process is designed to:

  • Establish a clear understanding of the work plan and performance objectives,
  • Encourage regular two way communication and feedback on performance,
  • Provide opportunities to improve performance and develop capability,
  • Provide opportunities to discuss career preferences.
  • Performance Pay
  • Individual contract employees’ remuneration is reviewed annually. Individual performance is a key factor.

Celebration and Recognition

Our Celebration and Recognition Scheme celebrates, recognises and rewards high performance. The types of behaviour we encourage and reward are:

  • Achieving milestones important to the values and culture of Verve Energy.
  • Timely and within-budget project completion and performance.
  • Identification of new business opportunities, innovations or process improvements that benefit the business by way of revenue increases, productivity improvements and/or cost reduction.
  • Outstanding employee contributions which go above and beyond the call of duty.
  • Exemplary leadership, initiative, work ethic and or modelling of Company values.
