Training and development
Responsibility for personal development is shared by the company and each employee. Verve Energy will provide an appropriate learning environment, management support, resources and specific relevant structured training and studies.
The training and development requirements for individual employees are documented in the Performance Appraisal and Development Plan.

Permanent employees are eligible for assistance with part-time courses of study if it is relevant to their current work and/or planned career direction within the business.
