Graduate Employment

Verve Energy has a graduate development program in which our graduates receive exposure to different areas of the business. The graduate development program is geared to the future needs of the business and leads to professional registration with Engineers Australia. The program is undertaken over three years, usually with six monthly rotations. These rotations build a strong understanding of our business.

To date the majority of graduates has been in the engineering discipline, however, depending on the business needs of Verve Energy, graduates from other disciplines may be engaged. Advertisements for these positions will be posted on this website, in selected university career pages and in the West Australian newspaper.

How to apply

Engineering graduate positions are usually advertised in April each year on this website and in the West Australian newspaper.

You are required to complete an online application, attach a resume and possibly answer a series of questions. The advertisement will further explain the process which is streamlined to ensure ease of use.

A requirement of this program is that you are eligible to work in Australia.
