Verve Energy predominantly employs graduates with electrical or mechanical engineering degrees who have completed specific power units as part of that degree.
Graduates from other disciplines such as Materials, Sustainable Engineering, Information Technology, Commerce, Finance and Environment are employed when the need arises.
A recruitment team from Verve Energy will review your resume and your academic record. They will look for evidence of completion of specific power units and the marks you have achieved as part of your engineering degree. This will form part of the selection criteria.
Other important attributes include your ability to contribute as part of a team, your safety consciousnes and your ability to take responsibility.
Verve Energy will require you to respond to a series of questions online. Your responses will be graded and your application will be ranked against other candidates. Selected candidates will be invited for an interview.
Graduates are employed in different locations depending on the need. These locations include the south west of WA and Perth.
Interstate graduates who have completed an engineering degree with specific power units are encouraged to apply.
Verve Energy is keen to hear from you if you have completed specific power units as part of a recognised engineering degree AND you are eligible to work and live in Australia. Verve Energy will not sponsor overseas graduates.
