Verve Energy’s remuneration policy is to provide market competitive remuneration to employees having regard to both the level of work and personal performance.

Benefits

Life Insurance

Free life insurance coverage is provided to all permanent employees immediately upon appointment.  The benefit formula is 2 x salary.

Salary Sacrifice Arrangements

Verve Energy currently has the following salary sacrifice arrangements available to employees.

  • Superannuation – subject to ATO limits and requirements.
  • Electricity – Up to $1,333 per annum can be salary sacrificed.
  • Laptop Computer – allows the purchase of one laptop computer per FBT year.
  • Car Novated Leases – can be arranged through our approved suppliers.

Long Service Leave

Three months Long Service Leave is available to employees after either 7 or 10 years service.

Paid Parental Leave

Following the birth of a child the primary care giver is provided with 3 months paid parental leave (or 6 months at half pay).

Energy West Social Club

Membership provides access to a range of services including holiday units throughout WA and many subsidised events.
