CEO Search

Verve Energy has started a nation-wide search for a new Chief Executive following the resignation of John Lillywhite.

Advertisements will appear in Friday’s “AFR” and the “Weekend Australian”.

Mr Lillywhite has accepted a role as the Australian CEO of an Australian publicly listed company with head office in WA.

Until the appointment, Ken Bowron, who is the General Manager Assets, will be Verve Energy’s acting Chief Executive.

The Verve Energy team is determined to continue to build on the enormous progress achieved by the company under Mr Lillywhite’s leadership.
